While this is an original rust free car, the color was changed from its original yellow to a much nicer Regency Red.
This car has been garaged every winter and has all original body panels.
There is no rust anywhere on this car.
The paint is in excellent condition and the color change was a professional paint job.
The interior is in excellent condition with the original cloth seats being re-upholstered with biscuit color vinyl.
The car starts runs and drives great, feeling very tight with plenty of power.
This MGB-GT has a fold down rear seat and allows for plenty of storage space when the rear seat is folded down accessed via the hatchback.
The MGB GT sported a ground-breaking greenhouse designed by Pininfarina and launched the sporty hatchback style.
By combining the sloping rear window with the rear deck lid, the B GT offered the utility of a station wagon while retaining the style and shape of a coupe.
This new configuration was a 2+2 design with a right-angled rear bench seat and far more luggage space than in the roadster.
Relatively few components differed, although the MGB GT did receive different suspension springs and anti-roll bars and a different windscreen which was more easily and inexpensively serviceable.
The 1974 GT was the last year imported into the U.

In 2019, Road & Track named the GT one of the 16 of Pininfarina's Most Beautiful Designs That Aren't Ferraris.
