Store Manager
Responsibilities:
Completes daily store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employeesMaintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Maintains store staff by recruiting,, orienting, and training employeesEnsures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventoriesTour the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers to identify or resolve urgent issuesUpdate colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues in relation to store operations and employee relationsMaintain and monitor store inventoryEnsure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customersRequirements:
Previous retail or c-store management experienceAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekendsValid driver's license and reliable vehicleBasic reading, writing and accounting skillsExcellent Customer Service skillsSkills and
