Responsibilities:
Manage and support Account Executives
throughout the sales process. Establish sales goals and objectives
for Account Executives and monitor progress through weekly pipeline meetings. Establish and manage effective sales
strategies for Dresser & Associates solutions. Maintain knowledge base and contact
with all solution vendors offered Manage sales process from initial
contact to close for own book of business.

Background and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree is preferred Three to five years of inside sales management
experience preferred Prior payroll and/or HRMS software sales
experience a plus. Highly developed selling, customer
relations and negotiation skills Experienced inside phone sales Excellent verbal and written
communications skills. Demonstrated success in meeting and
exceeding sales goals.
Dresser & Associates is looking for an experienced sales
management professional to establish and track sales strategies and goals. The
candidate will keep his/her own book of business. Demonstrated B2B phone
