The Paper Store is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our growing team! We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, detail oriented and self motivated. Retail experience is preferred.
Responsibilities will include:
Management of Inventory (incoming, drop shipments, store to store transfers)
Preparation of merchandise for sales floor
Maintenance of all files and paperwork related to inventory related transactions
Perform all adjustments and corrections to inventory
Participate in weekly inventories
Manage all directives related to markdowns, transfers and seasonal repacks
Back Room organization
Run daily reports to replenish stock onto sales floor
Maintain and order all store supplies
Manage all direction and memos from the corporate office
Previous retail experience preferred
Enjoy working with the public
Excellent customer service skills
Great interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic and motivated

Desire to learn/ ability to follow direction
Responsible and mature
Flexibility in scheduling (including days, nights and weekends)
