Our Scarborough, ME office is currently looking for a CAD Technician with commercial experience.
Your Duties:
Responsibilities include processing submittals, plotting cadd drawings, creating Autocad and REVIT mechanical HVAC, plumbing and electrical drawings. Issuance of design packages to clients for review and comment or bid. Must have REVIT experience along with Autocad, Adobe and MS office.
Your Capabilities and Credentials:
Minimum 2 year Associate Degree in drafting technology
3-5 years experience in HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems for commercial buildings
Must be familiar with HVAC and plumbing terms and symbols, AutoCAD 2008, MS Windows, REVIT and other PC applications

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
