We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in either our Boston, Massachusetts or Scarborough, Maine office.
Your Duties:
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage being involved in multiple concurrent initiatives, and enjoys working with a different personality styles and management levels, both in person and across geographies. Candidate shall possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have basic design and layout capabilities. Must have the ability to work independently and also in cooperation with a larger regional team, organize and prioritize work assignments, and feel comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. Interested candidates should submit a resume and a cover letter that details your experience performing the core duties and responsibilities of the position, as well as how you meet or exceed the position requirements.
Your Capabilities and Credentials:
Qualified candidates will have at least one year of proposal management or coordination experience. Experience in the A/E/C industry is an asset. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications, journalism, English, business or related discipline from a four-year college or university is required. Demonstrated strong proficiency with full Microsoft Office Suite and full Adobe Creative Suite a must and web-based interfaces is required.
