6 Full-time Temporary 1 day ago Full Job Description Position Summary The NorDx external client representative effectively builds and manages client relationships in a manner that meets NorDx objectives, exceeds service expectations and ensures client retention.
The NorDx External Client Representative provides support, helps to resolve problems, and works to further develop and maintain the Regional Lab client base of business throughout Maine and New Hampshire.
This position serves as the liaison between NorDx operations, MaineHealth departments/sites and stakeholders, and client providers and operational management or client leadership.
The individual is passionate about supporting our clients with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
This position works collaboratively with other internal NorDx departments/sites, and assists in improving and streamlining processes.
Additionally this position successfully achieves growth of the NorDx regional line of business through the functions of cross-selling and upselling with the current client base in collaboration with other internal NorDx departments and the NorDx Medical Director.
The NorDx external client representative is responsible for ensuring high quality product delivery to each client account that they service.
This position will have strong relationship building capabilities as well as collaboration abilities in order to drive processes forward and improve overall service line delivery.
This is the position within NorDx that advocates for the needs of the client and ensures internal departments and stakeholders understand the needs in order to ensure the client is satisfied.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, medical technology, life sciences or an Associate's degree with equivalent life experience and three to five years of sales support, customer service experience or other similar role in the healthcare or laboratory industry are required.
License/Certifications:
A current, Valid Driver's License required.
Experience:
Three to five years of sales support, customer service experience or other similar role in the healthcare or laboratory industry are required 2 years of previous proven client account management experience preferred.
Demonstrates the ability to communicate both written and verbally through the act of both active listening and formal discussions in order to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Exceptional collaborative and relationship building skills required.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
Experience in CRM software preferred.
Ability to track, trend and analyze large amounts of data and create reports displaying relevant data.
Strong problem solving capabilities.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
